Use your own pattern, or select one from our predesigned templates. Choose the design and materials for your yolk, billet, leg design, and belt. You can also pick leather weight, color, and length. For those in rough stock events, we offer three or four buckle leg straps and bronc swell patches. Our lighter weight custom rodeo chaps include reinforced stitching in all critical areas, preventing ripping or tearing commonly found in lighter weight chaps. We use Brass rivits and stainles steel rivets, Stainless steel buckles, latigo straps, and (3-5 oz.) leather depending on your event and needs.
