The "Rockies" (High-lift)

The Rockies(high-lift) style of rig was designed to set up higher off of the horses withers, leaving more room to get under your rig and taking a lot the pressure off the riding arm. This Rig has been very effective for a lot of riders, but here is the thing to be aware of. If you are a taller or heavier built rider, this rig can tip you over to far and work against you. Most guys really riding this rig well are under 5’10”and 180lbs. If you are taller than this or heavier this may not be the rig for you.
