Shipping

At Beastmaster Rodeo our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You can trust we will process and ship in stock items within 1-3 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world; however there are restrictions on some products and international destinations. Call or email for more information on international shipments. Note: Some items will be shipped from another warehouse please allow 1-3 extra days for delivery

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Beastmaster Rodeo will also honor any warrantee or time guarantees. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
